The Process of making mould:

1.	Negotiation:	Price-Quality-Mould material-Delivery time-Payment-Technique requests
2.	Down Payment:	Usually 50% before we start working
3.	Design:	We offer drawings for production and mould structure within 15-35 days which is depending on the structure of the product.
4.	Confirmation:	We wait for customer's final confirmation
5.	Machining center:	CNC milling machine-NC wire cutting-NC-EDM and so on
6.	Testing:	Testing the mould to make sure everything is ok
7.	Material testing:	Testing customer's material used for their production
8.	Samples:	We send the sample to customer to check for final confirmation
9.	Modification:	We will strictly to modification under your require untill satisfy
10.	Delivery:	After we received the balance of the mould, we will ship as customer's requirement
